Wyvern and ARG/US are two independent safety-auditing companies with safety standards more stringent than those of the FAA. The Wyvern Operating Standards™ are an enhanced set of safety measurement criterion, which were developed over the years in cooperation with The Wyvern Customer Advisory Board. CAB's panel consists of representatives from the most sophisticated, and demanding corporate Part 91 & 135 flight departments in the world.
Before an aircraft is scheduled for flight we check the service and maintenance records, research the qualifications and experience of the crew and makes certain the aircraft is up the Exclusive Private Jet Charters standard of luxury.
ARG/US
Founded in 1996, ARG/US has come to be known as the de-facto standard for charter operator safety reports on part 91 & 135 charter companies, aircraft operating cost reports and market research for companies that manufacture, finance, operate, use, maintain and market business aircraft. ARG/US provides real-time, accurate information and advice together with unique and proprietary information. The ARG/US Platinum standard, originally developed in 2001, is a widely accepted industry best practices standard. ARG/US service is an independent auditing organization with a proven auditing track record of unparalleled safety auditing capabilities, performing audits worldwide on corporate, charter, and airline operators.
Does Wyvern and ARG/US Really Make a Difference in Safety?
Yes. the real story can be observed in the following statistical summaries: Of all the 811 FAR Part 135 fatalities from 1991 to July of 2005, none (0.00%) involved a Wyvern- recommended aircraft or aircrew. Looking at just Part 135 turbine accidents from December 2000 to July 2005, jets flying charter flights incurred 18 accidents with five fatal accidents and 31 fatalities-but not one of these jet fatalities occurred on a Wyvern-compliant flight.
